Nationally Ranked No. 8 Carroll Volleyball Sweeps Yorktown and Noblesville, Extends Historic Start to 22–0

The Carroll Chargers volleyball team continued its undefeated tear through the 2025 season with back-to-back sweeps over Yorktown and Noblesville, improving to a program-best 22–0 and solidifying its standing as the No. 8-ranked team in the nation. Yorktown Match Recap Senior Bailey Sinish led the offensive charge with 16 kills and 2 aces, setting the tone early with aggressive swings and clutch serving. Sarah Stegall added 7 kills, while Ellie Oskey and Addie Shippy combined for 17 kills to round out a balanced attack. Setter Sophia Gisslen was masterful, distributing 40 assists and adding 11 digs and a block. Defensively, Cala Haffner anchored the back row with 17 digs, keeping rallies alive and frustrating Yorktown’s hitters. Noblesville Match Recap Sinish followed up with another dominant outing, posting 19 kills and 2 more aces. Stegall added 2 more kills and a block to finish with 9 kills across the two matches. Shippy continued her strong play with 9 kills and 2 blocks, while Haffner added 11 digs to her weekend total. Oskey contributed 21 assists, keeping Carroll’s offense fluid and unpredictable. Historic Milestone With the sweeps, Carroll improves to 22–0—the best start in program history. The Chargers continue to showcase elite depth, discipline, and execution, positioning themselves as a serious contender for postseason hardware.
