Carroll High School’s varsity volleyball team delivered a strong team performance in their latest win, with standout contributions from setter Sophia Gisslen and libero Cala Haffner. Sinish Shines Senior Bailey Sinish led the attack with 15 kills on 26 attempts, while Lola Sasse added 7 kills on fourteen swings, helping power Carroll’s offense at the net. Gisslen Fuels the Offense Sophia Gisslen orchestrated the attack with 32 setting assists, keeping the Chargers’ offense fluid and unpredictable. Gisslen added 4 serving aces to lead the Chargers from the line. Defensive Standouts Cala Haffner anchored the back row with 11 digs, while Lauren Peters added 4 digs of her own. With balanced production and leadership across the court, Carroll continues to build momentum early in the season. Carroll moves to 2-0 on the season and travels to the Penn Invite on Saturday August 23rd.
